I was welcomed with Italian authentic flavors and sophistication! The amuse-bouche (bite size complimentary serving) does really awakenened my palate followed by the seasonal salad. I love how the pasta (Cacio e Pepe) has been done and plated in front of me and how cheesy it tastes! The staffs also suggested which are the perfect combination of wine with every meals served. I ended the course with an Pistachio Gelato which has a perfect sweetness and crunchiness of the pistachios!🥰🥰🥰
